Cancellation Window

Customers may request to cancel their order within 3 hours of purchase. During this time, we can accommodate cancellations before the order enters the processing stage.


Finalization After 3 Hours

After the 3-hour cancellation window has passed, all orders are considered final. At this point, the order will have entered processing and packaging, and cancellation will no longer be possible.

To request a cancellation within the 3-hour window, please contact our customer support team immediately with your order number and full name. Cancellations requested after this period will not be accepted.
